Although consumers are incredibly satisfied with our goods, there is no one product that works for everyone.

 

Requirements for a Refund

  • Items must be returned with all accessories, paperwork, and original packing;
  • The item(s) must be shipped back in a trackable, insured manner;

Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of purchase (i.e., if the receipt has a date of Jun 1, 2022, the return must be postmarked by Jun 31, 2022)

Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will be given in the original mode of payment. Gift cards are included in this. If a gift card was used at checkout, we are unable to reimburse any other form of payment.

Before returning any merchandise, we highly advise you to contact and speak with a customer care agent about your order's suitability for a return or exchange.

If you decide to return your product without first speaking with a customer service agent and it doesn't fulfill all of our conditions, a refund won't be given, and you'll be informed through email of all of your alternatives moving forward.

Please take note that any items purchased during a sale or other special promotions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This applies to, but is not limited to, Buy One Get One Free special, 10% or higher discount codes, or free shipping offers.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

If you need to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, do get in touch with us as soon as you can. Please include the order number and the change you would want to make, and we will confirm when it has been made. Please be aware that after 24 hours, orders that have already been completed cannot be changed or cancelled.

Please be aware that the cancellation will be subject to management, processing, and transaction charge (20% of your entire purchase value).

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Did you get the wrong item or a defective unit?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

  • Complete delivery address

  • Contact telephone number

In some circumstances, you might be needed to provide evidence of the damaged goods in the form of a video or photo in order to receive a refund or a replacement.
